Joe Biden Speech Goes Off Track In A BAD Direction 2021

When Joe Biden has a speech that goes off track, it gets really BAD! I genuinely do not understand the use of the term by the POTUS, so it is amazing that Joe Biden lets his speech wander off so bad that it is either borderline insulting, or just flat insulting.

Certainly, it is not a term that the average American is going to use as it is generally considered to be offensive.
